Just a few bits & pieces you may need to know...

• Check-in 16:00-20:00hrs (or outside of these hours by prior notice)

• Check out 11:30hrs  (ish!)

• All rates displayed are per room and include a full cooked Yorkshire breakfast

• Children over 5 years old welcome ( unless one party books all 3 bedrooms then children of any age and babies are welcome) We have a travel cot and highchair.

• Sorry but we do not accept pets (we do have our own dog but he is well trained and does not step into any of the B&B...but just looks longingly at breakfast plates from afar!)

• Please advise us in advance of any food allergies/intolerences (we do use nuts & seeds in our kitchen)

• We accept all major credit cards (not Amex or Diners Card)

• We are a no smoking house (including E cigarettes) but you are welcome to smoke outside and we will give you a tinny to pop the butts in. Due to the new Fire Safety Act 2023, i'm afraid we are no longer allowed to burn candles anywhere within the B&B and sorry, but that also includes any candles that guests may bring with them.

• On a weekend or Bank Holiday we normally only accept reservations for 2 nights or more

• If you have made a reservation with us (either online or by phone) and you haven't received an email confirmation for whatever reason please telephone us so we can send out a confirmation to you.

T&Cs: by making a reservation at Hazelwood Farm B&B you and all members of your party  agree to and are bound by the Terms & Conditions listed below

Terms & Conditions:

When making a reservation you are entering into a contract with Hazelwood Farm B&B so it may be wise to consider purchasing travel insurance if you suspect there may be a reason you will have to cancel this reservation.

We require a credit/debit card at time of booking to secure the reservation. You will pay in full on day of departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation must be made in writing via email and must be received by us no later than 7 days before the reservation commences. We will confirm via email that we have received this and acknowledge the cancellation. If you do not receive this return email please contact us directly by telephone. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the reservation commencing we reserve the right to charge your card for the full amount of your stay (unless we can re-let the room(s) Outside of this 7 day period there is no charge. A non arrival (no show) will be treated as a cancellation and the reservation will be charged for in full.

Circumstances beyond our control:

We cannot accept liability for unforseen circumstances beyond our control nor can we accept liability for damage or loss or injury to yourselves or your property whilst staying at Hazelwood Farm B&B unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves. If for some reason we have to cancel your reservation we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible and try to find alternative accommodation nearby.
